The following utilities and services are provided to our community.
Trash and Recycling Collection
You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday (with the exception of some holidays). Recycling pick up is on Monday. Service is provided by American Disposal Services (703) 366-0500.
| Trash should be put out at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before pickup. Garbage must be contained in approved trash toter with tightly fitting lid. Overflow garbage must be placed in black bags next to trash toter. Trash toters must be removed and stored as soon as possible after pick up, but no later than by 10:00 a.m. the day after. Toters must be stored out of sight in garage or back of homes. Recycle bins are the property of the Association and must remain with the unit when transferred or sold. Bins may not be left overnight on the common elements--including front porches. Recyclable items such as glass jars and bottles, plastic jugs, aluminum, newspapers, and tin cans should be placed in the recycle bins and placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning for pickup. | Related Content Have a suggestion?
